I am so grateful to God for the ability to start conversations on the college campuses for the glory of God. God has allowed me to start conversation after conversation this year. I have been able to explain the gospel and students have been willing to ask lots of questions. Pray that this coming year I am able to continue to bring so many to the foot of the cross.
As we reflect on 2025, the consistent theme is faithful witness in diverse settings — from boardwalks and campuses to community days and concerts. Prayer, preparation, creativity, and teamwork have fueled a year of meaningful gospel conversations and expanding ministry involvement.
Summer Outreach & Boardwalk Ministry
This summer was marked by exciting evangelistic momentum. In early July, outreach teams spent time sharing the gospel on the Ocean City boardwalk where many stopped to hear the good news, interact with gospel tools like IQ-style tests and optical illusion tracts, and engage in meaningful conversation with believers and seekers alike. Many children and adults participated in creative outreach moments, including giant bubbles and festivals that drew in families and passersby. Christian Collegian Network
Booth Ministry Growth
In July, booth ministry continued to flourish at community days, with volunteers enjoying one conversation after another at IQ test stations. These booths drew steady crowds, and Christians were encouraged alongside those hearing the gospel for the first time. Plans were laid for new evangelistic tools and prayer was requested for continued momentum going into August. Christian Collegian Network
Campus Witnessing Opportunities
October brought so many opportunities to share the gospel across several college campuses. Teams visited IUP, Slippery Rock University, and Pitt — using friendly questions and gospel presentations to challenge students’ thinking about salvation. Outreach at local festivals and booth events also resulted in deep conversations, including with visitors from countries where learning about Christianity is restricted. Christian Collegian Network
Fall Outreach & Community Events
Late October outreach included a Trick or Treat 2025 event, where treat bags became a gentle conversation starter. Helpers from the church joined campus teams, and events like the Mars Apple Fest led to many hearing the gospel. The month was marked by strong teamwork and gratitude for all who participated. Gratitude for Growth & New Leaders
In September, reflections centered on deep thankfulness for the ministry’s growth — including new campus leaders and assistants joining the team. There were numerous witnessing booths and opportunities in Ocean City and beyond, with many individuals engaging in gospel conversations. God’s provision through answered prayer was a strong theme. Outreach Beyond Campus
To cap off the year in December, teams were seen sharing the gospel at large public events, like the Paul McCartney concert — finding encouragement and spiritual conversations amidst the crowds. Stories included long-term relationships with vendors and new opportunities to discuss faith with those from different religious backgrounds. Christian Collegian Network
