Kicked off the kids’ clubs this month. You can see the hand print craft that the kids did. Laura Wiggins bought all the paint and canvases and ran the craft this past week. We had 26 kids show up for the kids’ club plus parents.
I filled eggs with candy and we did an egg hunt and a race with eggs on spoons. They heard about how everything was created in 6 days by God. They learned about how God created Adam and Eve. Please pray for the rest of the kids’ clubs this summer.
One of the nice things about the pandemic was the JW’s were not out sharing their false gospel. They are back out on the streets now. The location that I often go to share the gospel was taken up by JW’s this week. I just went about 10 feet away and shared the gospel anyway.
When witnessing downtown you talk to all different kinds of people. The day this picture was taken I talked to a Jewish man, a Muslim and a Black Hebrew Israelite. I had to defend Jesus being God to two one of them. They often want to know how Jesus can be the Son of God and be God. They want to know how God can die. The Black Hebrew Israelites almost always ask what color was the skin of Jesus and I explain that it does not matter. What does matter is that Jesus is truly God and truly man and lived a perfect life and died on the cross and rose on the third day. It matters if they repent and put their trust in Jesus.
I had a witnessing booth in Cheswick this month as well. It went really well. We shared the gospel with hundred of people that day. Pray for the booths that are coming up this month.
