Welcome new Campus Leaders!!
CCN would like welcome new Campus Leaders: Mary Hinnant at Wayne Community College in Goldsboro, NC, Tom McLaughlin University of Texas, and Jacob Wagner from Sacramento California a former CCN Campus Leader who has recently returned back to the fold.
Back to school
As we come away this summer from one of CCN’s biggest outreaches of the year (Repent & Witness) Campus Leaders had little time to rest before hitting the college campuses again.
Slippery Rock University (SRU) Bible Study kicked off this semester with Campus Leader Matt (rear, right) and CCN President Jenifer along with several smiling students. With each session students are engaged in learning the word of God while being equipped on how to defend their faith using apologetics.
Campus Leader Gene has been witnessing to several students at Pitt challenging them to grow, and repent and trust in Christ. At Bible Study one evening Gene was pleasantly surprised to see Alex, a computer science major whom he had spoken with earlier, join him! Alex wants to learn about religions and is very inquisitive, keeping Gene on his toes with many great questions. Please pray for Alex that he accepts Christ.
Aboard the University of Cincinnati, Campus Leaders Leah and Eric experienced a wonderful first day back on campus. They were able to give out lots of invites to the Bible Study they host each week and forecast this to be a very exciting this semester! Please pray that students will attend and grow in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
CCN President Jenifer took to the Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) campus recently and is seen here speaking with a young college student. Jen walked the young man through the Ten Commandments gently showing him that he had broken God’s law. Once he had acknowledged that he understood those things to be wrong Jen then shared with him the gospel. Afterwards he thanked her for talking to him. Pray that this young man will stop and talk again with Jenifer soon.
MCCC Campus Leaders Andre and Cliff, along with one of their former students Garrett (shown right) were witnessing on the streets of Pottstown, PA. Giving all glory to God they shared the gospel with several passersby while raising high the cross of Christ.
In every clime and place
As the leaves begin to change and the weather starts to turn colder we know that fall has already settled in. Likewise, with every change we understand the importance of not only preaching the word but being ready also in season and out of season (2 Tim. 4:2).
Thank you for your continued support of this ministry.
To God be the glory!
